Ideal Background:

  • 5+ years’ experience as a litigation paralegal
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Experience with personal injury, casualty, and/or insurance litigation is a major plus
  • Ability to thoroughly analyze and summarize medical records
  • Preparing subpoenas and discovery requests
  • Conducting background and fact investigations
  • Preparing for trial in both state and federal courts
  • Oregon experience required
  • Ideal candidates will have experience with: Relativity, Case Notebook, Eclipse, Westlaw, Sanction, Trial Pad and CourtTrax
